Most opportunities are identified through ongoing site research and advisory work applied internally. Others emerge through relationships or site specific inquiries that reflect similar constraints and ambitions.

We are most interested in:

  • Infill sites within established New England towns
  • Properties suited to adaptive reuse or thoughtful new construction
  • Situations where zoning, context, or complexity benefit from a measured approach
